Critical: ProfessionalismThe lady that did my hair was shown a bright blonde reference picture and asked me if I wanted color or bleach and I said whatever makes my hair brighter without that much damage and she turned my hair Ash gray and was darker then it was when arrived so I told her to redo it , then proceeded to try to put highlights in when I wanted a full solid color including my roots , and then she caught an attitude and throwed bleach sloppily all over my hair and told me not to tell her how to do her job. I came in today and asked if they accepted walk-ins, the older blond stylist gave me an appraisal then scrunched her nose and shook her head! I felt I had been found to not be good enough. I’m not sure if that was the intention- but that was how I felt. So i guess i’ll not be going there!
