Critical: QualityI spent 4 hours there and my hair looks terrible. While my hair color and highlights were processing, I noticed that Abby’s license (displayed on the wall) was “pending exam” and there was no one else in the salon. I asked about this and she assured me she had taken the exam and was waiting on the license to display. I believe this to be true, but it is definitely concerning to a new client.My hair is now red, brown, and blonde. Even Abby said it didn’t turn out right. She offered to fix it, but I don’t trust her to fix it. I don’t trust her to cut it. She asked me to pay for the products, but I don’t feel like I should pay for products when my hair is 3 different colors and I now have to find someone else to redo it. We tried to call Megan, the owner, but she didn’t answer her phone.4 hours and I have to find someone to fix the color and cut it. I didn’t even get a haircut during my 4 hours spent at the salon. I would never go back to this place and I would never recommend it to anyone. Stay away!Also, the water was cold when she rinsed the color out of my hair. Shouldn’t your water be warm at least?I don’t know how to fix this and every salon is closed on Sunday so I now have to go to work on Monday with hair that looks horrible and unprofessional.My advice to this salon is to have a seasoned hairdresser on staff to coach the new hairdressers. I understand when you’re first starting out that you don’t know as much as someone that’s been in the profession as long. I spent 4 hours there and my hair looks terrible. While my hair color and highlights were processing, I noticed that Abby’s license (displayed on the wall) was “pending exam” and there was no one else in the salon. I asked about this and she assured me she had taken the exam and was waiting on the license to display. I believe this to be true, but it is definitely concerning to a new client.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI asked the owner Meagan to do a copper balayage on my natural brown hair and I was left with PURPLE hair!! I processed for 1 hour while she ate lunch in the back. She never came to check my foils during this time. She was very unprofessional and rude. She offered to strip the color out of my hair but I did not want her touching my hair again. She said that since all her other stylist thought it looked fine that I didn’t deserve a refund. I asked the owner Meagan to do a copper balayage on my natural brown hair and I was left with PURPLE hair!! I processed for 1 hour while she ate lunch in the back. She never came to check my foils during this time. She was very unprofessional and rude. She offered to strip the color out of my hair but I did not want her touching my hair again.
