Critical: Quality, ValueUnfortunately, the stylist gave me a masculine haircut, when I asked for a short Bob. The cut was nothing like the picture I showed her. She had cut short bangs before she asked me I wanted bangs. I specifically asked for volume in the back because of the weird shape of my head. She cut more than she should have.With the personality of an introvert auto mechanic, not to offend introverts or auto mechanics, she didn’t make an effort to have a friendly conversation. Just started offering services I wasn’t interested in.Neither her skills nor her personality are the right ones for the career she chose. Not worth the Groupon price! I bought a groupon but while booking an appointment Ms Kiran clarifies everything about what will be covered and how much extra it can cost. That helped me a lot for making up my mind. She also told me i can come on the appointment day so she can take a look at my hair and give me an estimate. I went there she patiently listened to me and helped me for making choices about my haircut and highlight color. Although she was getting late for closing the salon but she patiently completed the highlights. I was very Happy with the outcome. Definitely gonna suggest my friends to go there. I must say she is an excellent person when it comes to all salon services. Very friendly and customer service oriented. I particularly like her waxing style. Her waxing techniques are painless which is the reason I have been going to her for so long. She also has good facial and eyebrow deals. One must visit her salon and try her services. I know Kiran for over 15 years now and been going to her for waxing. I must say she is an excellent person when it comes to all salon services. Very friendly and customer service oriented. I was a loyal customer until the woman who cut my hair messed it up. She left it uneven cause she was in a rush and saw a line forming. The woman who cut my hair usually threads if she didn’t know what she was doing she shouldn’t have even offered to do my hair. Do not come here for your hair. Owner is a nice person. Great place for waxing and threading not good for haircuts. I was a loyal customer until the woman who cut my hair messed it up.
