This is a beautiful full service salon that is fun and clean. The services provided are wide ranging. The ladies are all great and as a new client I did not have any problem feeling welcomed and comfortable. The rates are reasonable and the online booking is so convenient. I have had two gel pedis, a full body massage, a lash lift and tint, and waxing.

I made an appointment for a color, to cover the gray straggles. I have naturally dark brown hair, my hair is now coal black. Two days after I had my hair colored I called and made an additional appointment to get my hair highlighted or a balayage as this would lighten it. I just was not happy with the color. A few hours after making the second appointment I received a call from Heather, the owner. Heather proceeded to tell me I got exactly what I asked for and that they “matched my roots”. I was appalled! I immediately became defensive. I told Heather “no I did not get what I asked for my hair is black”. Heather proceeded to again tell me it was not black that it “matched my roots”. When I went to this salon my hair was not colored. It had approximately three inches on the bottom with color left in it. My hair is almost to my waist. Why would a business owner argue with a consumer? Heather proceeded to tell me “she knew more about hair than me, my hair was NOT black and there was not anything they could do for me”. Heather was very argumentative and patronizing. Then….they cancelled my second appointment I made earlier in the day. Without even seeing me. This is so wrong in so many ways, especially if the client has made an additional appointment, giving the salon the opportunity to make the client happy. Extremely poor business management. I paid over $200.00 for products along with the cut and color. I am extremely upset with how I was treated, unhappy with my hair, and disappointed a business would operate in this manner.
