I had a massage here before with Teresa and she was so sweet and amazing. She didn’t have anything available for a while so I scheduled with Dawn. I get there and I had to cancel my card a few days ago and am only able to use Apple Pay because of the temporary card they gave me. I make sure they take it before we start and she says they don’t but they can type in the card numbers but that costs more money so she wasn’t able to do it. So we had to cancel for today and she says well that’s great I just lost more business because you’ve canceled several times. I’ve canceled twice both within 24 hours which is in the policy. This is the nature of the service industry. I definitely will not book with her again with how rude she was.

Scheduled an appointment for Noon on the day they opened after the holidays. Stood outside of a locked door in the strip mall looking like an idiot for 20 minutes, 5 minutes prior to my appointment and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I will defer people from going to this place of “business”. What a way to get a good customer base, especially if you can’t even unlock your damn door.
