I have been to Mary three times and she is amazing. I have been getting massages for decades and she has such an amazing technique. She is able to remove knots and pain points that took other therapist two or three appointments. Her massage room is very relaxing with the lighting, sounds and smells. She also uses amazing products and heating pads and packs that I have been charged extra for all part of the massage price. The best part of when you pay for an hour you actually get an hour!!! I highly recommend her!!!

Mary performs the massage in her home which can be a turn off for a lot of people, but she has a great set-up and she is professional from start to finish. First of all, you don’t have to go down to a “basement dungeon” or anything…it is right near the front door. The best way I can describe the massage from Mary is it is part therapeutic massage and part chiropractic, in that she takes the time to ensure your body is properly aligned. Most massage therapists fail to do this. So give Mary a shot, and then do a repeat. The second session is 10x better than the first!

Mary is very professional and knowledgeable about Manual Lymph Drainage therapy. From Virginia, I found myself in Hickory for an extended period of time that would keep me from my regular therapist back home. I have been going to Mary De Luca for about a year now. I knew about her business via the local chamber of commerce and BNI. I have arthritis in my neck with increasing stiffness in my neck and shoulders. While massage is generally relaxing, it has been particularly effective in helping to loosen up those muscles and allow more flexibility and mobility. Lately I’ve been trying to recover from a torn Achilles tendon and Mary has been working on the calf muscles and helping me get those stretched back out. Mary, with years of experience in nursing and therapeutic massage, is a complete professional in her approach and her work has been truly beneficial to me. I highly recommend her.
