I called to see if an appointment was required. They said no walking only. And how much for a high and tight. 8 bucks they said. I was charged $15 tipped her $5. And I got the worst haircut ever. She didn’t fade or blend my hair. And one side is a good inch higher than the other without any blending. I will never go back there.

The owners father gave me my first haircut and his son cuts mine now. I’ve been around the world several times and lived in multiple cities. I still go to Hickmans. Do yourself a favor and get an incredibly reasonably-priced haircut from an old school barber shop.

Great place to get a haircut! I’ve lived in Kansas City, MO and Houston, TX, and Vicki gave me the best haircut I’ve got in a long time. They are all really friendly and happy to have me there. They put me in the chair 10 minutes before closing and did a wonderful job. Everyone was nice and exited to have me as a customer. I highly recommend you give them a chance!

Never imagined giving a barber shop 5 stars but this is warranted. I am an early bird and do not like to wait for service. Hickman’s exceeded my expectations. I saw that they open at 6 am and wondered if it was a typo but it is not. I walked in at 615 AM and there were three barbers at work, one chair had just opened up. Less than 15 minutes later I a walking out and able to get on with my day. Very happy and this is my new barber shop. Brittany did a great job. Good value.

Todd is great! After just one time being there he remembered me by name, asked about my family, and treats us like we’ve been going there for years. Always takes his time and makes sure you’re 100% happy before he’ll let you leave. All around a great old school barber shop the way it should be.
