Went for a haircut ten minutes before they closed(due to being busy all day), and was told they wouldn’t cut my hair because they were already closed and they closed at 6, so when I told them it was 10 minutes till 6, they laughed at me and said they still wouldn’t cut my hair and to go somewhere else

Critical: QualityOnly reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because the customer service was decent….the haircut in the other hand was awful…I asked for a “medium fade down to a 1 and to clean up the top.” Word for word what I asked for. The lady that cut my hair consistently used dull scissors and trimmers that pulled/snagged hairs the whole time and didn’t even fade it properly. Don’t even get me started on the top….she took HALF of what I had off. I know I didn’t exactly specify what a little off the top was but I don’t think that translates into half. I was so mad when she handed me the mirror to see the cut that I was speechless. I paid left as soon as I could because if I stayed I would have caused a scene. Hit or miss. Theres one asian lady who did not listen to what i said at all i dont know if she understood what i said and i just told her to cut half an inch and what she left was half an inch of hair. All uneven horrible haircut i dont know why she works there. Will never visit again they dont even understand basic instructions in english.
