This is the only place I go to get my brows waxed since I moved to the area. I had a terrible brow experience at a nail salon in another state about 8 years ago, I was so traumatized that it takes me a while to research and decide on were to get them done after that. We’ve moved quite a lot and it takes me about three to four tries to find a decent place. Not this time! I googled brow services when I moved to the area, came across this one and made a first brow appointment. I found it odd that they needed a “first time appointment” since I do them regularly, but also reassured me in a way that this place was the real deal. And it is! I’ve been coming here since 2020 and since we are staying in the area for good this time around, I’ll be coming here for years to come. I not only do I wax my brows here but I also get regular lash lifts, have done brow and lash tinting and I’m looking forward to soon have a facial done (I have three kids so time wise I’m always constrained). Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the place is very relaxing and just what I need to have a little bit of “me” time before I have to go back to the chaos of being a stay at home mom of three under 8.

Always great service. My brow artist listens to how I prefer my brow shape and always does an amazing job. Never had a bad experience here. Never wait long for my appointment. I have an hour for lunch and I’m in & out on time. Very welcoming staff.

HiBrow makes getting your brows done a very pleasant experience. Love the spa atmosphere and the friendly staff. Erica is great and does a fantastic job every time with brow tinting and waxing. I also love how appointments are done online and are easily rescheduled. Waxing, Eyebrow shaping

You may have to wait a bit if your stylist has a full booked schedule. But, even with the wait the complete experience is amazing. You get a fully calming experience that has your end result looking completely fresh. Highly recommend them.

I have been going to this place for over two years. My experience has always been excellent up until today. I got there for my scheduled appointment at noon I really needed to use the restroom as I entered I was approached by the receptionist she informed me that they had a water break in the mainline and that the restroom was not available. She also said that she had sent messages to all of the clients that had appointments today that the restroom was not available which is not the case. I was extremely frustrated by the fact that I had to leave my scheduled appointment and reschedule for the next day. When I called to reschedule the appointment from my car she was rude she did not listen and give any explanation nor did she look into the fact that no one had sent any information to me about the restrooms not being available. I have a condition where I need to use the restroom frequently and this was an appointment that I had scheduled in advance. I’m extremely frustrated that now I have to return tomorrow and take more time out of my day. I will probably be looking for a new salon to do these types of services and that is a shame being that I’ve been a customer for over two years and I frequent their services once or twice a month. Mostly I felt like I was being dismissed and no one had informed me of this issue had I known I would have not read the drive out there and I would’ve rescheduled it sooner

I will never return to this place. Just for visual purposes- Water(sweat) makes my hair frizzy. From the gym, I went to this place for eyebrow services. (Can’t remember her name at this time, but I will post her name )-This lady who wears glasses, dark brown hair who sits on the right side corner, facing the desk from the door stated to me, when I was trying to ask a question, said “We don’t do hair here”!!! Me: Now why would I come to a brow place to get my hair done? I could have insulted her and responded back as a mean girl, but I did not. I just reported her but I know the manager and owner never received the information. If only cultural competence was a word…OOO but it is. Education is important and listening is important. It’s clear to me, they cater to a select client population.

She overarched my eyebrows and I mean badly. Which sucks because I took two years growing them back out. 60 dollars to mangle my eyebrows, you can’t tell until you leave do to the tint added. Do not go here. They don’t eyebrow map at all. They don’t know what they’re doing. I want my time and my money back.
