The atmosphere and facilities are great. Tiffany is the best massage therapist that I have ever had.

I’ve booked many massages when traveling and get them done regularly in my hometown. The deep tissue massage I had here was the worst one I’ve ever experienced. The pressure was intense but there was no concern for where it was placed. No focus on points of tension or differentiation between muscle/bone. Just vigorous rubbing and pressure. The therapist also barely used any oil which led to skin irritation after the fact. For $200 this was a really poor service. The facial was okay but I felt overcharged. I booked the anti aging which included micro-dermabrasion. When I showed up the facialist said she didn’t think this was appropriate. I still paid for the price of the microdermabrasion facial. She also offered me a collagen eye treatment which cost $30 and was ultimately just two gel under eye masks. I’d recommend someplace else if you’re staying at Marriott for vacation.

My husband booked us a couples massage but their current protocols don’t allow same room massage. We were not informed of this over the phone. Otherwise we had a very nice experience. My therapist Christine listened to my requests and had nice pressure. The amenities are very nice and clean.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy girlfriend and I were staying at this hotel and we came across this great place. From the moment we made our spa reservations, to when we were getting our massages, and when we were checking out, the whole experience was phenomenal. I would recommend this to anyone I know. Most amazing, pampering delightful experience ever. I have never had this type of facial ..ever in my adult life. It was relaxing, I felt completely comfortable during entire treatment. I also opted for the additional eye treatment. My 11 year old had her own facial..not as extensive but she loved it. Plus, she had time to check out sauna while I was still getting my facial. Hopefully we will be staying at same resort at some point and I will most definitely have facial as #1 priority.

As a local absolutely my favorite spa in the area. Gorgeous, attention to detail and the staff is top notch. Best facial I’ve had in my life and the massage was exactly what I needed. Now making standing appointments every other month. Will also be bringing friends and suggesting to guests from out of town. Cannot imagine being disappointed here.

Not Happy! For years my wife and I have enjoyed either a massage/Mani and pedicure at the spa. Our recent visit for our pedicure was OK but the massage I received three weeks ago still affects me. I didn’t ask for a deep tissue and the massage overall was good except he pressed too hard on my right foot. I am now and have been in moderate discomfort. I had x-rays done and fortuantely nothing is broken. It’s more bruised. Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation are in order for 6 to 8 weeks!

My fiancee and I enjoyed a couples message at the Hibiscus Spa last weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The therapists we worked with were true professionals. The locker rooms are spacious and relaxing, including a steam room and sauna. If Myrtle Beach were closer I would treat myself to returning as often as possible!
