Every time I call, the lady is very rude over the phone and always an excuse that she is not feeling well. Today they had me come all the way only to tell me again that the stylist is not there because she is not feeling well. The minute she heard I had a groupon voucher she got even more rude on the phone. No professionalism and no phone manners. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI recently went to see hair stylist Natalie at this salon. I was having a hair crisis!! She was able to make miracles. Literally! My hair was a golden blonde but I couldn’t get that platinum frosted color I always wanted and she succeeded me expectations. I love how my hair came out. She is very professional along with the other staff working there. I ended up going back after I purchased extensions that were black and asked her to dye them for me so they would match my blonde hair. She worked so hard on getting them blonde without damaging the extensions, and made it happen! I recommend this salon to all my friends and family now.
