This is one of the best place to get a laser hair removal treatment. I have used Hibba Salon’s for laser hair removal treatment for face and the lady bits and it has been a very painless hassle free experience. The staff is very well trained and professional. My asthetician took the time to explain the process and ensured that I was comfortable during the treatment. I have used other places in the past to get the laser treatment for some of other body parts and and in comparison my experience at Hibba’s salon has been great. I highly recommend this service at the salon.

I have had laser sessions at a couple places before but my session with Hibba has been the best experience I have ever had. I am usually very nervous about the pain and she was extremely patient with me and did so well that I barely felt any pain. She was also thorough to make sure there are no patches left. Highly recommend her services !

I don’t understand how this place is rated one of the best waxing places in Soho. I had an appointment at 10:00, my waxing lady arrived at 10:15, not even apologizing, not really understanding what was my problem she was just chilling. By the time she heated the wax, she only started waxing me at 10:25 when my appointment was at 10:00!! The place is dirty, it doesn’t inspire hygiene, she didn’t even wash her hands when she arrived. It is less pricey than other places but you also get the less good service.

I have been a client here for over two years. I purchased two packages for two different services and they no longer provide one of the services. After a month of trying to get a refund, they indicated they would pay me but they pretended they could not find me in Venmo. Then they claimed I no longer had the packages and told me not to come back. Ridiculous. I will file a claim with my bank and hopefully get my money back from these clowns. They clearly stole my $110.

No good. The lady who did my eyebrows was so rough, pulling and tugging all over my eye area. She even peeled some my skin off. (Photo attached) One of my eyes got really swollen and red the next day as well.

Great place with super fast service. I love that! One thing I didn’t like is that I bought a set of Brazilians long time ago and last time I went I was double charged: once when she checked me in, and once when I left, each time taking one of the package. I did tell the lady she already checked me in in the beginning but she shrugged like she didn’t really believe me or whatever. I though the issue was fixed, but low and behold next time I came over I didn’t have any visits left in my package (I had two before). Kind of disappointed to be treated like this and essentially double charged. I also think this happened before another time as in one visit I went from 4 remaining to 2. $40 is not chump change so I’m really upset but also really like their services hence not taking more then a star and hoping that it was an honest mistake.
