I got a full set done here before vacation that were beautifully done. Came back after to have them removed and a normal gel manicure (can’t have acrylics for work purposes). First time clients ! Me and my mom got a mani acrylic fill. Art designs were amazing for the Christmas season! We both got pedicures, mine was with toe nail acrylics. Everyone was super friendly and kind. Not a huge fan of their massage after the pedicure, could be a little more extensive, but if u want a longer time for that then upgrade to their next pedicure spa treatment (haven’t tried yet). I wouldn’t book the place for deep ingrown removal. But that’s a special case, my mom is just used to a Filipino pedicure where they do this procedure as mandatory. We understand that it’s not common here in the U.S. Over all Their attention to details, clean designs and perfect shaping & acrylic application is 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ No wonky looking nails! The picture doesn’t do this set justice.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Very professional and clean. They sterilize all tools and care about your nail condition! They are very careful and won’t scratch your fingers or cut your. They always ask you how your feeling and if you like everything they shape, and form. Huge selection of colors and options! You have to bring your family friends here if you live in tacoma Washington! Really good prices too! Very fast and easy to schedule. All the staff is friendly and I always leave delighted with their work and customer service! 10 Stars!!!!

Terrible service the man doing my nails was so rude to me. The rest of the workers were really nice. I will not be returning there I never get snappy or say anything to workers but this guy was unprofessional he kept stopping to do other things did one coat on my nails. He also had a very bad attitude and not to mention he tried to scam me and my total was 38 dollars I gave him forty he gave me two dollar back I stood for a second and said don’t you guys take ten percent off for cash and he said oh yeah while on the phone. But if I didn’t say anything I definitely wasn’t going to get my ten percent back I could have done these at home if u want a nail salon worth ur money I recommend going to allure nails in Puyallup hi tech nail will never get my service again due to one bad worker. You should always treat ur customers with care bc you never know what a person is going through shame on that worker

I’ve been going here for 2 years, and have consistently gotten the most detailed and exacting service. I like my nails simple – but perfect, and Hi Tek Nails delivers on that. I regularly get compliments on my nails – I want to say every other day, but I have a very public heavy job. TK and Dan are always very careful about shaping my nails to fit my hands – my job can be very physical, so they need to be tough enough to stand up to that. I haven’t had a nail snap when they do it! But they look natural! Do call ahead and make an appointment; just to make sure you can get all the services you need. They’re really busy, deservedly.
