I brought my kids, 9yo girl and 11yo boy, all of us had pedicures which were wonderful! All three of us were so relaxed, my son almost fell asleep. Then my daughter and I had matching manicures done and I had a full set of acrylics put on. The two ladies did a wonderful job! This was our first time going there and we will definitely need back.

The woman who did my nails was very nice. I showed her the photo below of what I wanted and what I got was very different. I got a light purple color on my toes and wanted them to match… they did not but I felt bad so I didn’t say anything. Not even a week later and my nails are peeling up about to peel off. I paid $115 for this so I am very unhappy… what you get is not worth paying for.

Edit: Came back for round two and had just as great if not a better experience. Kaylee is an AMAZING tech. Friendly, funny, professional and great at her job. Hard to find talent like this. Though i will say I brought my sister and her experience was not up to par. Her tech was not only very short and almost seemed upset to have to do her job but she told my sister she didnt have time to do what my sister wanted even though she still payed full price and when my sister asked her to draw a heart on the accent nails she put a tacky sticker on it instead. Also the nails were not filed properly, one had a clear spot straight through and they began to peel on the way home. Quite dissapointed and will be sure to request kaylee in the future for all appointments. Thank you kaylee for the great expirience and Ill see you next time ❤️

I took my sister to get her nails done for her birthday and they gave her the exact opposite of what she wanted and when she said she wanted them long they refused and cut them short she also found hairs and dust under the acrylic I personally will not be coming back here I can’t believe they made me pay for that Acrylic nails

this is like what you ask for vs what you get moment. not very satisfied with the outcome. the lady I had was nice but her son was very much a distraction. they barely conversed with us and more with each other. and the one doing my moms nails gave her a completely different look than we wanted so we showed her the picture again & she said she couldn’t do ombre but she just did an ombre type one. so we said single color only and they “didnt” have blue but the son said they did. so yeah didnt get what we wanted and the nails are oddly shaped & kinda bubbly. kinda disappointing since the reviews are pretty good

i was scammed!! today i got my regular, 2 tips on my big toes. & white paint covering all 10 toes…a full set of VERY short white nails. total came to $108!!! the nail tech tipped herself & thought i wouldn’t of noticed. the last time i got the same set was june 30th 2022 & my set was $80, same tech DAVI….davi charged me $80 in june & now she’s charging me $108 for the SAME set. claiming there’s $20 more for weekends but where is that posted? june 30th was a thursday…i won’t be coming back im going to be getting scammed. ALSO, don’t use your credit cards here! they will tip themselves.
