I decided to get French tips. The nail technician over drilled my nails, and caught my skin on each finger. The majority of them started bleeding. I now have a couple of infected and sore fingers. The nails are pretty, but not worth the infection.

BEST NAIL SALON IN HAMILTON I’ve been coming here for years and refuse to go anywhere else. Family owned and operated by the sweetest couple. Came last week for a “Mother/Daughter Day” I let my 14 year old pick out what we were getting lol a little longer than usual but still so cute. Fair prices, clean bathroom, modern, calm atmosphere, and lovely owners. So come check out the very experienced nail technicians, they are highly skilled and so quick, it’s awesome here. Highly recommend you give this nail salon a try, you will love your nails!!!!

The man doing my nails made my cuticles bleed and the paint job he did isn’t very good either. He also hurt me almost the whole time he did my nails with the electric file by holding it on for too long in one spot repeatedly. Do not recommend the male here. Not sure about the lady.

I highly recommend not to go there!!!Terrible place,very rude. I went as soon as they opened at 10am and did not leave till 2:30pm. There was at first 2 people ahead of me and then she had appointments she needed to do so another 2 people. Her husband cut my friend while doing her nails. They told me the cost was $40 but charged my card $47. Made nails longer even though I asked for them to be way shorter. The list of bad things can go on forever. I definitely will not be returning to them. If I could I’d give them 0 stars.

I’m so disappointed in this place, the people are rude. They cut me with their drill and my 9 year old can paint nails better. I went in there with my best friend for our annual girls day. Firstly when you go in there with a friend they should try to get both of you done at the same time well they didn’t. Then I know I chipped a nail and then the one woman literally took another nail off. Their nail polish is horrible and not much to choose from. My thumb nail is slanted at a angle. I won’t be returning

I go there twice a month for three years. She is a little rough but there good and the actually get cuticles back and they last. I always get pink done so I don’t get polish but my kids have and it last about two weeks.

Stopped on my way home from work today to get a quick fill..normally go elsewhere so this was my first time here. In 25+ years of having my nails done in numerous places this was without a doubt the most pathetic looking nails I have ever had. My fingers all sting from the cuts in my cuticles..if I had gone to Sally’s and purchased my own materials to fill my nails in I could have done a better job even left handed!! The paint looks like a 3 year old did it..and they charged 20 dollars for this mess!? If they took any pride in what they do I am certain I would have had a very different experience. I wish I could post a picture of just how awful they really are..do not waste your time or money here..I certainly never would again!!! If I could give them zero stars instead of one star I would.
