I never thought I’d go to a nail salon, but I was having some issues with my toe nails and my sister recommended that I see a specialist at a nail salon. You can imagine my response. But I ended up giving it a try. I am hooked. Yes I get some flack from my friends, but frankly I could care less. Tommy and the gang have really helped me with ingrown issues, my feet hurt less and my over all foot health is significantly better. I have some elderly friends who’s feet look like hooves and I try to talk them into going. It’s the best gift you can give yourself. So I’m a dude. I never thought I’d go to a nail salon, but I was having some issues with my toe nails and my sister recommended that I see a specialist at a nail salon. You can imagine my response. I move this salon. They are busy so I suggest calling for an appointment but they usually can fit you in the same day. The staff does a great job and work fast. The cost is the going rate. They offer pedicures, gel, acrylic nails and many other related services.

My $60 gel manicure only lasted three days before it started chipping and peeling, and by a week it was a mess. I was on vacation so just ended up peeling it all off myself. What a waste of time and money. Manicure

This was my first, and last, visit here. I saw that they have a decent rating so I decided to go in. It’s dirty and dingy inside. They did take me quickly which was nice, but the man who helped me was extremely inattentive – he was constantly away and would stop to walk away every time any little thing occurred in the salon. He had me soak my full fingertips in a bowl of acetone to remove my gel and my skin and cuticles are totally dry and cracked now. He used extremely dirty tools – the electric file, emery boards, buff pads, nippers – everything. Very apparent that nothing was being cleaned between customers let alone sanitized.

Tommy and all the staff are wonderful. They are all very welcoming. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the entire building. Dirty mops out, messy closets with doors open, dirty floors, dirty chairs, dirty sinks, and dirty pedicure stations that the techs are using. Again, I always enjoy my experience but the cleanliness has deterred me from going back.

Not my favorite place. They were all very nice and that’s why I have a 2 star instead of 1, but a pedicure took 15-20 min max and was not very relaxing. I felt like they were just rushing to get to the next person scheduled. When I come back for a second time it was the same thing, I even got my nails done and was cut up and felt again like I was being rushed and not pampered. If you want in and out quickly, then this is the place for you. If you want time away to relax and enjoy yourself then I definitely would not recommend this place.

The artisans at Hi-Tech Nails are friendly, efficient and very accommodating. They are able to do everything from assisting a senior with troublesome nail issues to helping others with the highest quality nail fashions. Highly recommend them!

I was in a car accident a few days before my appointment and injured my shoulder. The staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating for me. I was nervous going in because of my injury and pain but it was a great experience and they did their best to make me comfortable while getting my nails done. I had an appointment for a gel fill with the owner but they gave me someone I have never had before. They began to remove my gel completely instead of a fill. They cut me with nail clippers and the owner was present but didn’t step in to help. I chose to walk out of my appointment instead of getting something I didn’t want. I always spoke highly of this place but after today, I am extremely disappointed.
