Yet another awful experience. I called and made an appointment for a gel fill for my nails and a gel fill from my pedicure. I was told once I arrived that AMY (loud, obnoxious and yells in Vietnamese constantly) made the decision that since my nails had to “cut” I would be charged for a full set of gel nails. This place is dishonest and this is not the first time this has happened. Every time I come it’s a different price for the exact same services. This person Amy is one of the rudest and nastiest people I have ever encountered. Don’t go to this place, go to any other nail salon except for this one. Terrible LIARS. This nail salon is terrible and they will treat you poorly and dishonestly. Especially AMY – Once again one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in the service industry.

Do not go here. It is terrible. They did the worst job I’ve ever seen. They cut corners by doing things I’ve never seen done before and ruining my.nails completely. I thought they are the pros so trust the process. Well I was wrong. Not to mention they didn’t take any of my wants or needs into consideration and when paying so much for a service you’d think that’s what’s supposed to happen. Infact when I asked for my nails to be shorter I was told flat out no. When I showed them a pic of what I wanted I was told yes but turns out they didn’t even come close. I asked for matte. I got super Shiney nails. The acrylic is over my cuticles and lifting everywhere. 1 guy went and shaped my nails so badly the woman had to come back in and re acrylic. Now as my natural nails grow they will be distorted. Now I have to go spend another 100$ somewhere else to fix this mess. Thanks for nothing. Oh and the place is gross.

Horrible!! I’m not a customer at all at this nail salon but I was in the area and needed my eyebrows done. The lady rushed doing my eyebrows and after she was done didn’t wipe them off with oil or anything. Literally 2 minutes or less she spent on my face. Michael has been doing my nails for 5 years now. He’s patient, helpful, and always willing to push himself outside of his comfort zone to achieve the look you want. He’s flexible, and very easy going. I have gone to several other nail techs and there is no one around like him! I even have my mom, and multiple of my friends going to him, and they feel the same way I do! You will not be disappointed.

I’ve witnessed some a bit rude. But some employees are really nice. I’ve been going here for years. I actually left to find something closer to home and haven’t found anyone who can do my nails,toes, and eyebrows as nice. So I returned. I only go to Amy for nails and Michael for my toes. I stick to what I know and they both know what I like.

There are some that do the nails very good but there are others who don’t. Let me tell my experience. I went with my mother to give her a little treat, and she wanted me to tell the lady that was working on her nails if she could cut the a little more because she had barely cut and off. I asked her abot five times and she just ignored me. My mother’s nail dug into her skin because the lady didn’t cut them correctly and she had to go to the doctor because the nail dug in so much we will never go there again and last time a lady that was doing my mothers eyebrows waxed them very thinly.
