I specifically made an appointment with Kelsey to do my hair, however when I got there they told me that I would be taken care of by Nicole. This was already upsetting, considering I had made the appointment far in advance specifically so that I would be able to have Kelsey. She took way more off the length than I had talked about with her, and I asked for lots of face framing layers which she didn’t really do. I was really excited for this haircut and extremely disappointed with my experience.

Hi Tech Salon has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff there is very knowledgeable and experienced. Stylist Nicole is awesome! Every time I leave the salon she has me feeling beautiful. She will not damage your hair. She always has the best interest in her clients and their hair. I have had so many people compliment me on the color and how healthy my hair is. Nicole excels in highlights, single processes and balayage. Her haircuts are always what you ask for, she never goes scissor happy. On top of her excellent hair skills, she is super friendly and will engage in conversation. Once you go to Nicole, you will have found your forever hair stylist! I definitely recommend her and Hi Tech Salon!

Very slightly more expensive than your typical salon, but this salon is not typical. You know the saying- you get what you pay for and that is very true here. My color lasts forever and my hair is healthy, shiny and it feels amazing. I never have to wait for my appointment, the facility is spotless, and everyone is smiley and chatting away. Kelsey is a coloring genius!
