I enjoyed all of the products, experience and comfort of the studio space. My skin is very sensitive and dry and the masks and products were very hydrating and smelled good! The only thing was my aesthetician was a bit rough on my skin with dermaplaning, extracting and the massage I felt she could have been more gentle and use a lighter pressure.

I was really excited to try this place, because I’ve never had a facial before. I felt fine earlier this morning, but realized throughout the day that I caught a cold. I texted them because I didn’t want to be a no show, and all they said was there would be a $25 fee. I can’t really help that I got sick, and I thought I was doing what was best so that I wouldn’t get any staff sick seeing as they would have been working on my face. I was going to reschedule, but I don’t really feel like trying this place anymore.

Wow!! I can’t say enough about my experience today with Hi, skin! I was immediately greeted with a warm smile when I walked in the door and made to feel so welcome. Then Brielle, who is so genuine and caring, took me back and basically made me in to a whole new person! She was fantastic!! Explained every step of what was being done, listened to my concerns, provided suggestions, and proceeded to give me the best gift ever. 60 mins of pure relaxation and refreshed, rejuvenated skin. Awesome place! Never had a facial before and their deals were great. Front desk and esthetician were so nice and welcoming. My esthetician was so informative and walked me through every step.
