Tried this salon after not having been there in years. Will never go back. Salon not clean at all. My daughter has been getting acrylics for years at another salon. Tried Hi-Q on a recommendation. The nail tech over filed my daughter’s nails. She told the nail tech multiple times it was painful. Finally when they nicked her and made her bleed she stopped and left. Never had service this poor before.

Didn’t completely removed my nail polish with remover, instead she filed it off. I asked to have my nails cut and filed, she only did a quick file. She used the cuticle cutter to clean under my nails! Very hurried , worst pedicure ever. My first time there, and my last.
