I’ve been coming here since they opened a couple of years ago. Recently they closed for remodeling (which by the way it looks amazing in there), when they were closed I had to have my nails done for an event so I went to another salon. The other place shaped my nails fun and I was not pleased. Anyway, the owner of Hi Nails-Spa fixed my nails and reshaped them. I love the aesthetic here and will continue doing business with them.

Booked an appointment for 1:30. Not only did they double book my appointment and the poor person who also had the same appointment as me had to leave, but they did a horrible job on my toes. My two friends got acrylics and they look amazing, but my toes look horrible. As you can see by the pictures below, my toenail polish is bumpy, it isn’t smooth. But in the other picture, my friends nails look absolutely amazing. Also, I chose a glittery polish for my toes, and the lady told me to choose a second one (I thought it would be to go under the glitter polish) and she only used the plain color. I didn’t want this color. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

Today i visited Hi Nails Spa, the young man who waited on me was very welcoming and knew how to do a great manicure . I am very pleased with his work. I will visit the shop again. I will make a reservation, and hopefully get same young manicurist.
