Ehhhh. First, the salon was not clean. I was the first appointment of the day, and the stations were dirty, and smudgy, with nail clippings on the floor. I had two different techs: one for my nails one for my toes. I chose the same color for my nails and toes, but they are not the same shade. Last, I asked for a nail design (a heart), and the tech hastily drew them on each ring finger nail. They are bleeding through the base polish, uneven, and uncentered. It was my first and last visit; I just wanted to get out of there.

My 1st time visiting was excellent!. The salon is decorated so beautiful there’s such a relaxing and calming vibe. I called to have my polish changed early Saturday morning. Critical: ProfessionalismI visited Hi Nails & Spa On We’d 7/21/2021 at or around 10::30 AM along with my grand-daughterThe tech was there with 3 school age children’s initial consumer service was tolerable but I knew that it was my 1st & last time there . The Shop is spectacular but customer is really lacking .As other patronage arrived there was no other tech available. Tech that was performing my services was busy & hysterical calling in additional employees.Thereby rushing frantically to finish my nails those other customers waited 45 minutes including my grand daughter & one other customer left . I didn’t notice how poorly my nails looked until I got into my vehicle going home & couldn’t go back until today Monday 7/26/21 Because I don’t live in Mara-gate .I called every day to ensure that I would be getting my nails done today . On Saturday I confirmed my visit with Vickey. Prior to that I kept getting the school age kid& once a guy took my call & told me to come in & HE would take care of me . Making a long story shorter . I finally arrived today got the same tech poor language & rude . I have Zero tolerance to poor customer services. Blaming me that I caused the damages too my nails . Reminded her that she rushed me through that day wouldn’t even allow the gel nails completely dry . .Making the customer service even worse .I really Know it’s a language barrier she was very frustrated with the kids yelling & arguing with them all while serving me .I asked for The Manager & She said there is NO MANAGER REALLY . Please get this technician some needed help or take her out of customer service .Bad for your business. Glad I got my monies worth today & I wouldn’t recommend this Nail Spa to family & Friends. You Just Loss My Business & My Daughter & Grand Daughter..
