I get the Deluxe Pedicure about every 30 – 40 days there. Hot wax on the feet, good scrub down on the legs up to the knees then a hot towel! All of this and the ladies are all very friendly! Price is reasonable too…40 – 45 minutes for $35. They are busy so get there early as they close at 6:30. Quality work, sanitary chairs (they even put a bag in the water trough EVERY TIME)!

Service was great but they is the very first time I have ever got gel polish and it peeled off in a week..I have experience my gel polish coming off ever …my daughter polish came off in 2 days they told me that’s normal I feel like I wasted my money…the staff was nice but I’m not satisfied with my polish..I’m not understanding the extra fee for gel if it doesn’t stay on

Do not go on the weekend. I went a few weeks ago on a Saturday and I waited hours to get my nails done. Just a set of acrylics, and after my wait I felt rushed. She also didn’t push back my cuticles until after she applied the acrylic and she didn’t get close enough. So a week later it looked like it had been more than 3. I’ve gotten good work from here before though.

I feel like they’ll rush over your nails if they have people waiting. I just wanted a full manicure because my nails are super crusty (to be very honest) but I just get my nails painted (kinda sloppily, but I know how gel polish can be) and that was it. It wasn’t worth the internal panic attack I was having in the chair.

The place is very nice. They offer beverages (sometimes) and their customer service is ok… they have really long wait times. I have waited up to an hour before, just for someone to start on my nails. Then, even when I’m in the chair they have to constantly stop and switch to other customers. Sometimes I even get different workers doing my nails and the nail design is never consistent. Everytime I go, i just felt rushed and it showed in their work. I wanted to stick with them but I just couldn’t take the service anymore.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Hi Nails and I have to admit it was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. I got a Deluxe Mani-Pedi and it was an absolute delight. This is my new spot and I will be returning. ♥️

I went for a Polish change & two nails repairs. The lady who did my nails was extremely slow & kept talking to a another costumer ignored me when I told her how I like my nails & did it her way . I got long nails so I told her keep my arcrilic thick! She make my nails supper thin & 3 broke off the next day . If I don’t sit with Vincent I walk out disappointed. The owner is very ghetto & embarrassing. Dosent watch her language around kids
