AMAZING stylists and techs. I’ve never had a bad cut, color, mani, pedi, or wax. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Super clean and well maintained. I recommend Cathy for a nail tech. She’s amazing! And I’ve worked with Danielle and Caitlyn for cuts, as well as Lauren for cut and color. And they’re all phenomenal. I truly can’t recomend these ladies enough! My whole family goes here, from Grandmother to brother to aunt. Great atmosphere and great final products EVERY time.

Critical: ProfessionalismHave been to this salon several times. The stylist does an acceptable cut and color on my hair. The prices are good. The reason it only got 2 stars was I feel like I am invisible and sitting in the middle of a bunch of gossiping friends. I don’t need my stylist to also be a therapist, but I object to being ignored and have to listen to their constant cross-chatter between chairs. The girls that work are mostly young so maybe it’s their first real work experience, the owner should caution them to focus on their CLIENTS and not on discussing their social life with the other stylists. Have been to this salon several times. The stylist does an acceptable cut and color on my hair. The prices are good. The reason it only got 2 stars was I feel like I am invisible and sitting in the middle of a bunch of gossiping friends. I visited Hi-Maintenance Salon & Spa earlier this afternoon for a simple dry~cut (no wash or blow dry), and couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional their stylist Leann Alexa was. There was only one client in the whole place who was with another stylist. The receptionist was very courteous to me and asked me to take a seat while I waited. When Leann came in from outside, she had walked over to her station as I was sitting in the waiting area. The receptionist was sitting at the desk and asked from where she was sitting if she would be able to do a quick dry cut and shaping for me. Her reply from around the corner very loud, rude, and a real bad attitude was: “I REALLY DON’T WANT TO…. DOES THAT ANSWER YOUR QUESTION?!???”…, as soon as I heard her nasty tone and reply while I was sitting right there, I immediately just got up and walked out the door, but not before making sure I said how incredibly rude that was on the way out! Being in the beauty industry is all about customer service. There were a million different ways that scenario should’ve properly played out, and that was definitely not one of them. I would never go to Hi-Maintenance Salon for so much as a hair product, let alone SERVICE. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!!! I will make sure I share my experience at that salon and with that so called stylist with whoever is looking!
