Positive: QualityI’ve been going to Amy for years and she’s wonderful- patient, professional and listens to what the customer wants. She makes good suggestions and never pushes you to do something out of your comfort zone.The business as a whole seems well run, however they are lacking a website, which is sort of unacceptable in this day and age. I would love to book appointments online rather than having to call each time.I also wish they offered a higher end, more unique product line. They offer only mainstream, mid-quality products like Redken and Paul Mitchell.
