The first time I came it was just for an eyebrow threading and Roxaana recommended I should tint them as well and she absolutely changed my life. Not only did she thread my eyebrows perfectly , she took her time and made my eyebrows look flawless. I live 20 minutes away downtown but the drive is so worth it. I love this place and their service. 100000/10

This review is LONG overdue! I have been going to Hi Face for over 7 years and every time I go, I am always happy. I have gotten my eyebrows threaded by both Ana and Roxy, who are both amazing at what they do. They both take their time and actually make sure that everything is perfect before I leave. I drive 45 minutes just to see them as I don’t trust anyone else. I truly will never go to anyone else. I can’t recommend them enough- they are the best!

Very professional and welcoming. I made an appointment with Roxanne and arrived early, she was still waiting for the client before me that was running late so she started with the tint first then the threading when it was my turn. I’ve seen Roxy 3 times for a lash lift/tint. Each time I have loved the results. Great price for the quality of work done. Also she recommended an eye lash serum to help grow new lashes after stopping a medicated serum (little did I know stopping a medicated serum, lashes fall out!) To my surprise, the serum she recommended significantly helped! I live 25 miles away, and I know I may be able to find someone closer to home, but I love her work! Also easy to book appointment online!

This is a horrible race based business. I went to get my eyebrows threaded for my daughter’s graduation. I am out of town.The two ladies helped two other ladies who just walked in when I had been sitting there for 10 minutes..Clearly, it was because of my race. These were the same race as these workers..I would not recommend this business to anybody..How dare they. Its 2022, not 1957.Do not go there especially if you are from out of town
