I am pleased with my nails but it took 2 HOURS from start to finish just on a fill. The tool would get uncomfortably hot so I would be in pain when she filed my nails and removed my gel. I also received a good 3 cuts on my nail bed. She was very detailed which I appreciated but it was just way too long of a process. I will not be returning, there are plenty better nail salons in Moreno Valley.

I went Mother’s Day for a full set. Longest wait ever to kill time because there is only one nail lady I got a pedicure. My pedicure lady was nice however, her work was quiet sloppy. She cut my toenails way too short and my foot cramped up because how long she took. I guess that’s why they throw in the massage. My nails were shaped nice and everything the problem is the paint job.

Really they dont deserve one star. this shop is the worst. WARNING! Do not let the lady that does lashes do your lashes. Stevie Wonder can do a better job. She glues the lashes to the skin of your lid which irritates your eyes where they tear up constantly. I got my lashes done Monday and by Wednesday i was loses clumps of the lashes. I paid 20.00 dollars for three days of some of the most awful looking lashes. it was an embarrasment and was not worth my money. When I called to talk about it the lady who did them and the owner tried to blame me for it. I will be reporting her to the health department and whoever else i need to report it to.

I used to go here religiously years ago and loved it….went back after a decade and was very disappointed in the outcome. My daughter got a full set and they didn’t smoothen the nails with the dremel…they were very rough and edgy. Spent $70 on two pedi’s and one full set.

Terrible. Rude. Poor customer service. I took someone there for service. It was awful and service was none existent. Run. Don’t waste your time. Plus they Don’t answer the phones and talk about their clients and laugh at them. Just terrible. I would never receive service from there. Lastly, aren’t these places supposed to sterilize their equipment.
