Lisa has been doing my nails for months now. She came highly recommended by a friend and I am so happy I came here. Lisa takes the time to make my nails perfect every time. She is creative with designs and her technique is beautiful. A super clean and professional environment. I will be coming back for years!!!

Ok. So I’m new to the area and have been checking out salons trying to find a new home. I called to see if they accept walk ins and was accepted right away. Upon entering the salon was easy to find. I walked in and it was very clean. I was greeted by a male who assisted me very professional. I sat down to get my full set acrylic nails and he perfected the shape and design I wanted. I’m usually a plain Jane kind of Gal but he convinced me to go outside the box. After the nails I got a pedicure by Nancy. Nancy knows what she’s doing. Very informative about what products she’s using and tells you what it’s for and why she’s using it. I am very ticklish but she worked with me. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I’ll be back

I went in two days before I left on vacation and the man that works here usually is the one who does my nails but this time it was his wife. while shaping my nails she consistently had the drill going against my fingers and broke skin on multiple of them. the worst one was bleeding by the time she was done and i still payed $80+ total for these. She practically ignored the fact that I was bleeding and didn’t even apologize. Two nails popped of less than a week in as well which made it worse. they weren’t done well and i wasn’t engaged in any activity that would easily break a nail that fresh. I’ve gone here before but this was disappointing. That same woman also told my sister when doing her nails that it has to hurt to get good nails. i disagree. She also bad mouthed someone who didn’t know they didn’t do gel x and bad mouthed people that do gel x as having no talent and that the nails pop off. I find this funny because when I went to get gel x nails they lasted there weeks and i got my whole hand redone in less than a week with these. the new nails were half the price and twice the quality. will not be returning.

I’ve been getting my nails done religiously for 6 years now, been to many salons and have either not liked what they’ve done or never felt comfortable there. I met Lisa one day when she came into my job. She saw my nails, i told her that i was looking for a new place to go and she said she owned the salon across the street. I decided to go check it out, and have gone back since. Lisa is super nice and down to earth. She talks to you like a friend, which i love. It doesn’t feel like a forced conversation. And she is very honest!!! When i came to her she told me how acrylics should look, and made them look SOOOO much better!! And she is soo talented. I’ve never seen anyone do better nail art than her. I give her an idea and she picks out the perfect colors and even adds her own twists to it and I’ve never once been disappointed. Everyone there is so nice. Everyone talks to you there. Not one shy person!! I love that, because I’m a very talky person. I love going here and will continue going here. So glad i found them!!

I highly recommend HI-CLASS nails! My daughter and I both go there and have had exceptional experiences. My 11 year old daughter loves getting her nails done, and Lisa and Holly are always so friendly and kind to her. I’ve always had amazing pedicures and they go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. Our fingers and toes always look outstanding!

I gave this salon a second chance because I thought maybe Lisa was having a bad day when she cut me twice with the drill, but no, I returned and it happened twice more. She was very rough and aggressive with my hands, and I was stressed for a majority of the appointment because of how she was treating me. She berated me about my color choice and I truly think she feels that she can say whatever she wants because she’s the owner, but I wouldn’t go back even if it was free.

I am so happy for Lisa and Holly! I was so excited when Hi-Class Nails finally opened! I have been seeing Lisa since they both worked at Nail Excel, and I will follow her no matter where she goes, until she kicks me out! She does fabulous work, whether manicure or pedicure. She treats each of her clients like they are the most important one. You would never know if they are having a bad day because they are always smiling when you walk in and always appreciative of the business. Her and Holly have the best customer service attitude and do very professional work – I wish them nothing but great success in the many years to come!
