This is the most affordable and result driven facial I have ever had! I wanted to get serious about my skin and what better place to be at than Heyday! The membership makes it worth it to be able to come back and have affordable treatments. My esthetician Jocelyn, gave me the holy grail of anti-aging facials with some microcurrent and red led light therapy, I came out with a glow! She told me it’s like a mini face lift, and the next day it was clearly noticeable. People have been complimenting my skin! The music and overall atmosphere is so fun. Nice clean place, but extremely loud and sales driven during and after service. The private stations are only noise reduced by a curtain. There’s loud radio music playing and you can hear clear conversations in other booths. So as a relaxing experience it doesn’t really come close, adding even a white noise machine and swapping for calming music over head would definitely help here. Then come the sales pitches. This wasn’t my first facial I understand being upsold on products and treatments, but it was like everywhere I turned. Also the prices for add ons are insanely highly. $50 for UV therapy?? Any other high end esthetician prices are $25-$30 for that, you can buy the light therapy machine off Amazon for $50. Then you get gently forced into booking the next appointment and a membership. For $130 per regular facial with no add ons and before tip, I’m going to keep going to my regular salon. It’s more relaxing, no high pressure sales tactics and I feel like less of a cog in the machine.
