Worst experience ever! I made my appointment a few weeks in advance. The salon was not open when I got there. No show!! Forgot about my appointment. Luckily a stylist showed up to grab supplies for another job. She was just as shocked to see me as I was her. She let me in and could not get on the computer it was down. My appt was for a wash dry and some loose curls.
