Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismSo I went for a pedicure. The girl cut my nails without filing or buffing. She used oil as a cuticle softner. She rinsed the foot filer in the same water and put it back in the drawer. My toes was smudged after hours of drying. I was there late on Saturday

WORST NAILS IVE EVER HAD DONE! I’ve been getting SNS on my nails for over two years and have tried many places in the area, but have never been so disappointed with my nails like after getting my nails done here. I am very specific when it comes to how I like my nails and I explained that to the lady doing my nails a few times. However, she ignored me. She did whatever she wanted and when I asked her to file the nails more she just started cutting my cuticles and then straight away put the top coat as if she was done.

I hate my nails. All I wanted was long coffin shaped nails with a pink uv gel color. She asked where to cut it and before I say anything she clips them short enough to be my natural fingernails. Then when shaping them with acrylic all the nails were deformed, uneven or crooked.
