Hewitt Wellness and Massage provides personalized massage sessions to meet each client’s goals using a variety of modalities and techniques. We specialize in pain relief massage and stress management; helping clients increase joint range of motion with lessened or no pain and decrease stress levels to help issues from migraine headaches to digestive issues. Each massage session for each client is customized to the goals that day.

Bettina is the best massage therapist I’ve been to. She does amazing work and can sense where you have tension. Obviously, you should still let her know where you feel pain. Everytime I go in I feel like a new person that day, and the stress in my body will be decreased for weeks.

Online scheduling was very easy, loved the confirmation and reminder messages. Quiet studio, convenient location with parking right out front. Bettina asked additional questions (after reviewing my pre-appointment paperwork) to ensure she worked on the areas I needed help with most. She also asked a few relevant questions during the massage, and was responsive to feedback. I plan to return in the near future. Great experience overall!

Bettina is a fantastic Licensed Massage Therapist. She’s professional and always asks what I need from her for pain/stress relief. Her pressure is perfect, she knows just what my body needs to release tight muscles to give me more motion in the joint. To top it all off, she uses coconut oil so when I leave I don’t feel like I have to go home and shower because my hair and clothes are greasy. Bettina is one of the best LMTs I have ever experienced.
