Did exactly the opposite style I asked for and tried charging more than she quoted. She did not have the color I wanted after emailing a photo of the style and color of my hair. The hair she provided was so cheap my head itched the entire time I was on vacation. I had a red rash and scaly neck from the irritation of the hair that was really long individual braids that should have been cornrows and a short Bob. The work was done good but not what I asked for.
