Massage Cupping
Massage Cupping is an ancient treatment in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin to create suction. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and speed recovery from sports.​		$80.00

We will begin with a consultation to discuss goals, restrictions, health history and take measurements. Once our guidlines are established I’ll design a custom exercise program specifically for you.		$65.00

I like to say I inherited Dave from my mother who has been a long standing, VERY happy client of Dave’s. I first met Dave a few months following cervical spine surgery in 2016, which resulted in a long and very painful recovery. Dave is the only massage therapist I have trusted to work on my neck following my surgery, and he has continued to do so to this day, and I honestly do not know what I would do without him. He is incredibly skilled and intuitive, very professional, and keenly aware of both his expertise and boundaries. I can not recommend Dave Hess highly enough!
