Hershey Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI usually don’t do reviews bc I don’t want to sound like a Karen, but this experience was seriously awful. My first red flag should’ve been when the “clean” station they directed me too had someone else’s dirty nail trimmings on it. I paid full price ($35) for a gel manicure and my cuticles are completely busted (see pics). During the service the nail lamp got super hot and ruined the gel, which my nail tech kept painting over. A different nail tech (Kim) was walking by and noticed this, so she decided to redo all of them. The service took 1.5 hours and I had 3 nail techs watching the attempt to fix them which was kind of awkward. I also got cut about 10 times in the process and they used a nail file/buffer on me that had clearly been used on another customer. I usually don’t do reviews bc I don’t want to sound like a Karen, but this experience was seriously awful. My first red flag should’ve been when the “clean” station they directed me too had someone else’s dirty nail trimmings on it. Critical: QualityI’m not sure what’s going on with Hershey nails but it is going down hill! I get pedicures on the regular and the past year with Hershey nails has been nothing but issues. I keep going back thinking oh it was just a bad day and trying to give the benefit of the doubt but this evening was my last straw. I picked out a beautiful dark solid green glitter for Christmas and my nail tech said oh that beautiful for Christmas and proceeded to go grab my color. She started painting my nails with black. I was taken back by this but figured she knows what she’s doing. Then she adds a clear glitter over top and say do you like? I said um no? This isn’t green at all. And she proceeds to actually argue with me saying this is the color and so I asked to see my swatch again and saw panic on her face. She brings the swatch back that I picked and says they no longer have this color. So instead of telling me that from the beginning she tried to pull a fast one over me. She brought back chunky green glitter and at this point I’ve just had it so she proceeds to put that over top of the black. I’m not sure what’s going on with Hershey nails but it is going down hill! I get pedicures on the regular and the past year with Hershey nails has been nothing but issues. I keep going back thinking oh it was just a bad day and trying to give the benefit of the doubt but this evening was my last straw.
