Hero is my go-to barber shop. Clean, well designed & well kept interior. But the best part? Fantastic, skilled staff. I’ve never left with a bad cut from Carm, never heard an of unhappy client from anyone else. I’m a quiet client, and I’ve never been made to feel bad about that. Still met with the same friendliness as anyone else. And the banter between everyone keeps me coming back because the energy is phenomenal. Seriously you won’t regret coming here. The cut was great. However, they were literally playing fetch with a dog in the shop while I had a straight blade to my neck. The dog knocked things over and the barber pulled the blade back in case I moved. It was a dangerous situation. I confronted the owner and said he put me at risk and I was very displeased. He never looked up nor acknowledged my strong displeasure. Instead he acted like a petulant child and kept his back to me. The place was also not clean. I will never return to this man child run business.

This is my favorite place to get my hair cut; everytime I leave I am happy with my experience. I have only had my hair cut by Carm and she does an awesome job and really goes above and beyond to get it the way I want it to look. The vibe of the shop is great, Carm and Norm are fun to have a conversation with and it really adds to the experience. I would highly recommend this barber and I look forward to going back!
