Have gone here twice now and the staff is always so friendly and detail-oriented. Kristy, the owner, is FANTASTIC. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She will do everything she can to make sure you leave satisfied. If you are unhappy with anything at all, she will do her best to make things right (although, I’ve never had a complaint!). My first time here, she was helping a client fix another salons terrible manicure. I had to wait a bit to be seen, but she was meticulous when it was my turn and even gave me a discount to apologize for the wait! I’ve never had a more clean and perfect manicure as I have here (dip and gel). The establishment is clean, welcoming, and in a great location (historic Herndon, right next to a public parking lot!). You can tell that this salon is well-managed. I can’t say enough about this place! Just try it yourself and you’ll see the quality service they give!

I was fortunate enough to get a walk in here! They had time for a pedicure and then they were able to fit me in for a manicure between appointments. I had wanted to try acrylics for the first time, but got a dip with extensions because of the time. These are the nicest nails I’ve ever had and I’m obsessed with them. (I’ve historically only had my natural nails painted with gel or dip, so this length is new to me and I love them so much.)

After lots of research, I came here based on the many good reviews. I got dip/SNS service done for the first time since having monthly service elsewhere (pre pandemic). I left disappointed and will probably drive back to my old salon in Fairfax to redo my nails completely.

Kristy is the BEST and all of her staff are great, too! I always feel welcomed and well taken care of when I’m there. I show Kristy photos of what I would like and she always knocks it out of the park. Sometimes I am unsure of what I want and Kristy always allows me to try it out before committing. Herndon Nail Salon & Spa is the best, I have been going to them for about 2 months now. I go for gel fill ins and a pedicure when I have the time. I LOVE that you can make an appointment on line, it makes it so easy and I dont have to worry about whether or not there is going to be a wait when I get there. I typically see Kristy and she does nothing but superb work. They are timely, the salon is spotless and everyone there is so kind! I highly recommend!
