Had a 4:30 appointment with Gabriel and he clearly double booked. I showed up at 4:25 and another appointment of his showed up at 4:30. He finished the haircut he was already working on at 5pm and let his other appointment cut in front of me without saying a word to me. I left at 5 without a haircut. I will find another barber who respects their client’ time.

My son went there 3 times and they always mess some thing up, they gave him 2 different fades and he just asked for a taper. Then one side has more hair then the other and this time they got his back straight but the sides are uneven and they messed his hair line up

Alex was great with my 3yro son. With a little help from me to hold his head straight, he did a fantastic job. All of them are top notch barbers from what I saw around the shop. I posted pictures (he did exactly what I asked him to do) I’m bringing my husband here next! Loved the online booking too. Cash ONLY but there is an ATM in the shop.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in and it took the barber 45 minutes to give me a fade. He was on his phone while I sat there patiently watching other barbers cut hair twice as fast. He also messed up my hair!! I got a fade on my right side which looks good but the left side he started on is almost little to no hair ! He didn’t seem to care and they talked down on their coworker. I went in and it took the barber 45 minutes to give me a fade. He was on his phone while I sat there patiently watching other barbers cut hair twice as fast. He also messed up my hair!! Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueBeen going here for over 4 years now with my sons. Best barbershop I found to cut my sons hair correctly. My boys are mixed with black so there hair texture requires a different set of skills to make it come out the way I like and Herms has them. I’m afraid to go anywhere else now

Alex was late to an appointment by over 20 minutes. I do not live in California but I find myself at Herm’s Barber Shop the random one-time-a-year I get a haircut in Cali.
