I had an appointment at 9 am says she was coming in on her day off when the store is usually closed. i showed up and waited 20 mins and she never showed. i left a voicemail with the salon and messaged her. nobody has gotten back to me. i’m mainly just disappointed that i never got acknowledged about this or told anything.. i took off work for this as well as drove 20 mins for nothing.
