Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had asked for a manicure with shellac, first of all the manicure was horrible. The lady took less than 3 min doing my manicure, and when she applied the shellac she would put it all the way on top of my skin. When I addressed her she got upset and did not do anything about it. I basically paid for bad service and bad nail application. Do not recommend this place at all. I had asked for a manicure with shellac, first of all the manicure was horrible. The lady took less than 3 min doing my manicure, and when she applied the shellac she would put it all the way on top of my skin. When I addressed her she got upset and did not do anything about it. I basically paid for bad service and bad nail application. Do not recommend this place at all. Save your money and go somewhere worth your money.

My nails were so horrible and when I nicely let the lady know I did not like them she told me I should have told her before she finished them and charged me $50 for acrylic. Then after further inspection I notice she didn’t even completely take off my old acrylic nail and placed the new on on top. Honestly i NEVER give a bad review but my goodness! This place is soooo bad! My nails were so horrible and when I nicely let the lady know I did not like them she told me I should have told her before she finished them and charged me $50 for acrylic. Then after further inspection I notice she didn’t even completely take off my old acrylic nail and placed the new on on top. (Ring finger) Please just don’t ever go save your money

Critical: ProfessionalismI came here preCovid and it was fabulous, the service, the people, and the environment. Decided to get my nails done here last Friday and the service was horrible. Not at all professional. I understand people are stretched pretty thin but this is simply unprofessional. The one that did my nails was on 2 phone calls from the time she sat down to so my nails, then proceeded to talk to the other tech in another language (simply rude) yet never spoke to me not even to ask how long or shape I wanted the nails. She took my finger after putting the nail on and pushed up on it to what seemed was to ask how long I wanted the nails. I said sports cut, she pushed my finger up a bit more aggressively, I repeated myself and she again pushed finger. Obviously she doesn’t communicate other than with her fellow workers I was left with 8 ill fitting nails longer than I wanted, glue on 2 of my fingertips, visible glue under acrylic nails, and my nails weren’t even trimmed before putting on the acrylic nails. I received and submitted the survey which I submitted the above briefly. Got a text asking to call, I replied what would that do, I no longer received a response.Guess that’s all the courtesy they extend. I came here preCovid and it was fabulous, the service, the people, and the environment. Decided to get my nails done here last Friday and the service was horrible. Not at all professional. I understand people are stretched pretty thin but this is simply unprofessional. The one that did my nails was on 2 phone calls from the time she sat down to so my nails, then proceeded to talk to the other tech in another language (simply rude) yet never spoke to me not even to ask how long or shape I wanted the nails. By the time I got home one nail was already ruined and the paint job is horrible, very patchy looking. I should’ve known my nails were going to be horrible when the lady told me to pay before she started painting them saying, “pay first so I don’t mess up your nails”. I got acrylic with basic polish and called before hand to verify the price and I was told on the phone it would be 30$, the lady doing my nails charged me 35$ even tho I didn’t get any shaping. By the time I got home one nail was already ruined and the paint job is horrible, very patchy looking. Definitely won’t be returning.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGreat service! Friendly staff, and clean.This is my go to spot whenever I am in town. My experiences here have all been positive. My nail color and acrylic lasts!! Something .. I am having difficulty in finding back home. I’ve tried several nail technicians for pedis – all great. Cathy is so sweet. For my nails , I like Jodie. I make sure I come early because they are busy due to their established clients. Highly recommend! If you don’t like to wait I suggest to come early.
