The combination massage was a perfect mix of soothing touch and working out sore areas. The heated massage beds are a great addition to making it a comfortable experience. I left feeling extremely relaxed and loved the whole experience!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIt was my girlfriend and I first time at a massage spa, let alone a couples massage. Our experience was great from the massage itself to the customer service aspect. Our only regret was not getting the 90 minute massage!!

Critical: ProfessionalismSunday I went in for a couple Massage , I had a great experience until it was time to leave. I went to the front had my money ready to go. It was my First time there, first time in a massage spa to be Exact I paid the 221 and tipped . The massage therapist that I had Tina came up as I was paying and comment on the tip said it was cheap and walked away . There were other people there as well it was rude and disrespectful. I didn’t see the gratitude list that was posted until she made her comment I started to give more , but I was shocked at the comment and the whole room was silent . Talk about embarrassment. I should of took my tip back! But I let it go because I was trying to look past the disrespectful comments . The fact that the Receptionist discuss the tip in front of me and other guest made me embarrassed and uncomfortable.
