Chelsey, the owner of Heritage Salon, reached out immediately after my initial bumpy start trying to get an appointment with the Salon and squeezed me in for an appointment as soon as possible. She spent all afternoon painstakingly lifting my hair from its former warm monotone to beautiful, multidimensional blonde. I hadn’t had my hair done in way too long. I moved to this area about 8 years ago and never found a reliable hairdresser that really gave me what I wanted, and I felt very discouraged. Motherhood had also allowed me to leave my hair needs for later. Needless to say my hair was in pretty bad shape. I have seen Jaime twice now and the difference is amazing. She did exactly what I wanted and my hair looks amazing. The atmosphere is so tranquil and the conversation is great. I look forward to my hair appointments now. Amazing salon.

I’m giving this a three because I’m sure there’s other colorists that are better. My daughter went in for a full highlight. We were quoted $155 and up depending on how much product was needed. Jaime did her hair and she did highlights through out her entire head but she did tiny sections and left a lot of hair out. The toner she used made my daughters hair beiges dirty blonde. It was terrible and a huge waste of time and money. I wish that Jaime could have listened to the request and acts accordingly. Doing more foils, adding more blonde. She came out of their looking worse than she went in.

Critical: ValueFull highlight and cut (limited blow dry/styling – my choice because I didn’t want to sit there any longer): 3 hrs 45 min $175 plus tip = $205*Highlights are fine especially post Covid-19 wait. I wasn’t expecting a miracle. Will need a couple more appts somewhere else to get to the point I want. However, this is the worst haircut I have ever gotten. Base line is ok but the layers on the left are an inch higher or more than on the right side. Super noticeable and now I have to drop more $$ to get it fixed. It’s not fair to charge that much $ and not know how to cut hair. So bummed. Was going by past reviews. Waste of $$$. Crazy that today I have to put my hair in a ponytail. Shannon greeted us right away and told us to have a seat while Ruby got ready. She then asked if my fiancée and I would like a cup of coffee and what type of sweetener and if we wanted any cream Shannon brought over some delicious coffee. Ruby then came over and introduced herself to us and then started to ask what type of cut she was interested in getting. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in this salon for being the only guy in there. The decor is a relaxed homey antique style ceiling with industrial antique led lighting, very stylish and very eco concious (I truly appreciate that part of the business side). I could tell that my fiancée was very comfortable with Ruby her stylist because she was listening to what she wanted. I would highly recommend coming down and experiencing this very beautifully designed salon. It truly was a great experience.
