Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI made an appointment for dip powder. When I arrived for my appointment I asked the price and was told $35. I than sat down and began my service. The woman who did my nails made my cuticles bleed and made the service quite painful. After my two hour appointment where I was left waiting for most of the time I was left with bumpy nails that were misshapen and irregular. I got up to pay and was told I was being charged $65 I was shocked because at no time in the appointment was I offered any additional services or told there would be any additional fees. I told them the had told me $35 and asked for an explanation I was not given one. The older woman who I believe was the owner told me to give her $60 and I did and then promptly left. I am not one to leave bad reviews but if you have any respect for yourself you will choose any other nail salon. Other than lying about pricing this place also uses dirty files and has a nasty dog that roams around the salon and barks at customers. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had a very lovely manicure today and then a wonderful massage while my nails were drying. I loved the most positive energy in the place. The ladies were really great and the owner had the most happy little dog. I was in a funk when Ientered and left a lot lighter and happier and probably a little taller after the chair massage. The gentleman who did the massage was amazing.
