I’ve been using HNS for 4+ years. I love the connection of client/tech is encouraged and respected. When I walk in they know I would like Lily to do my nails but I have a few back ups I appreciate if she’s not available. The salon is always clean and they care very much to fix anything you don’t like. I took the summer off just to let my nails recover and with teacher’s salary it was a tough expense to justify. I felt like a celebrity when I came back. Very sweet and caring ppl, not just a number.

I left Texas about a year ago- while I hated 98% of Texas, my nail salon is one of the few things I truly miss. I came here for the “spa experience” they advertised and didn’t receive any of it. I should have read the reviews.

The man who did my nails took the time to make sure each nail was even and beautiful. I had a great experience here. This is my second time coming and both times have been awesome. If you love getting your nails done or even if it’s just your first time. you HAVE to try Heritage Nail Spa! Nice team and very clean job ,Both pedicures and fingernails were very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. First time being here and first time getting acrylic nails.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS NAIL SALON. Terrible service. Most technicians work on 2-3 clients at a time and do not dedicate their time to you. I went in to soak off my acrylic off and was left with my nails in plastic bags with pure acetone for 30+ minutes leaving my hands drier than the Sahara desert. I understand acrylic has to soak but I had a thin layer on and did not need to soak for 30+ minutes. I paid $30 to leave with dried acrylic all over my hands and nails I need to file and remove my own cuticles at home. I was hoping for better service since I have been here numerous time and been happy in the past but I will be sure to choose a different nail salon next time.

My natural nails are long . I wanted acrylic not gel . The work asked me to sock my nails off and go gel . She then got up and left me sitting there over 10 minutes. Another work more me to another sit . I was in tears . Find out the work did not want to do my nails cause they was long and I did not want gel . She told the other worker no I can’t do her . I was in there 1 hour and 20 mins for a fill in . Worker keep coming over pointing and talking . I asked do I need to leave .

The gentleman who did my nail recommended what was best for my nails, as I had asked about the different products and applications. This place is wonderful. Friendly service over the phone to when you walk in the door.

This is the first nail salon where I feel incredibly comfortable. It’s clean, the staff is very nice. My whole experience in a total is excellent. My first time having Dip nails. My toenails are great too. They are great! I would never go anywhere other than Heritage Nail Spa.

Absolutely amazing results! I got a pedicure and manicure and it lasted me 3 weeks with little to no chipping and the gems never ripped off. Loved how she stuck to the design I showed her and the massage was so soothing!! My nail tech was Tiffany and I cant recommend her enough!!
