I’ve been going to them for years and there was always a red flag that I had about how they operate that I kept ignoring, which is on me. They have a habit of overlooking people or booking when there’s no one available, and then expecting you to wait for hours. I accepted it because I liked the braiders and there prices were reasonable, but I’m over it. I had an appt but called the day before to say I’d be late an hour, which they were fine with. They took this as an opportunity to double book and had me there at appointed time, but told to come back 4 hours later. I called to see if it was OK to come, they said yes, but when I got there I still had to wait 2 more hours. Then they had the nerve to charge me full price. I’m past done, ladies learn how to do your own hair, because even the ones that were half way reliable have become scammers of sorts.

Please don’t ever use this hair salon. I made an appointment for my daughter to get cornrows along with a wash service. I literally explain to the owner that my daughter has autism and had sensory issues with hair washing. She told me that was fine that I would have to pay 15 dollars more for the hair wash. Upon arriving to the salon the owner asked me if I can wash her hair. Then I had to wait 40 mins for the women to get there to do my daughter hair because the owner was too busy. Once the womean arrive to wash my daughter hair she ending up getting water all over my daughter. Then the owner came over and yelled at me for why I didnt wash her hair at home. I reminded her that I request a hair washing service and she said yes but she didnt know my daughter was like that. My daughter actually hair doesn’t look professionally done. Her hair may last maybe a week that I paid 120 for.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI sent a photo of what I wanted when I scheduled my appointment and purchased my own hair. When i got to the salon I waited for an hour before she got there. Then I was told they only take cash so i had to leave to go to the bank machine. Then I was told that the style i wanted was unable to be done because my hair was too long. I dont know what kind of braids she did on my hair but they are so ugly. She even added money to the price because my hair is long instead of deducting because she was an hour late. They did not speak back when I walked in and spoke. Instead they all looked at me like I was crazy. When She was halfway through my hair I told her that I wanted a side part instead of a middle one and all the workers stopped and looked at me like i was crazy. My braider said “I’m nit to the front of your head yet”. Duh, i’m letting you know for when you get there”. Never again. I got my hair done 7/26/17. I highly recommend this salon. The customer service was excellent. My appointment was at 11am I was 20mins late and still got service right away. Didn’t have to wait. Walk right in they sat me and the lady begin right on my hair. My hair looks very lovely. The girls there where so polite. I asked the lady not to braid my edges so tightly. She listen and did not braid my edges tightly. I will be a returning customer!

Do not recommend! The braids are too tight and because they were too tight I had red bumps and bald spots throughout my head. The entire braid came out with the root of my hair. Not worth the money. Ladies do not waste your dollars. Go on YouTube watch tutorials take the time out and do your own hair or shop around. This shop is not interested in hair care for their clients. They only want to meet a quota. The owner would not even hear me out. She was rude and kept interuputing me as she did not want to accept that I did not receive good service. She calls herself Christian but could not admit that perhaps I was indeed an unsatisfied customer that paid her over $200 to create excruciating pain and bald spots that now I have to cover up.

I looked at the ratings but I wanted to try for my self. This place didn’t open on time. It’s small and too much was going on . I had a picture she said she can do the style, my hair looks nothing like the picture, 1 day later my hair looks like I had it in for 2 weeks. I payed 100 it wasn’t worth it . I will never go back. Trust the ratings.

I took my daughter for the first time to this location. Although I read some negative and positive reviews I took a chance on them anyway cause it’s the closet place to my home. I should’ve got the girl who did her hair name because she did exactly what the picture looked liked. My daughter and I love it. I will be taking my other daughter and myself to get ours done.
