My old barber came here after the old shop closed last year. I still get the same great service. This new shop is pretty relaxed and the straight razor on the neck hair is a new experience. Scheduling appointments online is super convenient. Haircut

Barber Mack is extremely rude and unprofessional; a “bit off” actually. He has a hostile personality and very demeaning. He was 27 min late for my appointment to begin with, and then very controlling with MY haircut. He asked how I wanted my hair, so I told him. He thought I was being to picky, so he said, “let me just do what I do.” Guess it was too complex for him. So I let him! After he cut it wrong, we had a disagreement over it, and then he began to curse me.

I came in for a haircut, did not ask for my beard to be trimmed. I was asked if I wanted my beard trimmed, I said a bit. What I got was my full beard cut almost off. Completely changed the shape of my beard. I wish people would listen to the answers to their own questions. I said a bit, not reshape my entire beard. Disappointed, is an understatement.

Enjoyed my first visit to this barbershop. I scheduled an appointment but still had to wait 15 min which wasn’t a big deal as I wasn’t in a rush. Other times I would have been annoyed. Good haircut and they were happy to go back and make adjustments at the end.
