I went there for the first time yesterday with my MIL and 2kids. The staff was amazing. The did an amazing job on our nails and toes. They offered us drinks. They played with my baby when she was getting fussy and even trimmed her nails for free. This whole month on May they have 20%off. I would recommend to anyone! This is definitely my new nail spot!!!

Very unsanitary!!!!! I’ve been there a couple times and NEVER did I see Johnny clean his brush or sterilize any of his equipment. I have been getting my nails done for years and have never had an issue with my natural nails however after receiving service here I nail fungus on 4 of my nails!!!!! They reuse the same acrylic liquid for each client I know because the liquid he used on my nails had glitter floating in it from a previous client, the acrylic powder I chose for him to do my nails in did NOT have glitter in it but from him using the old liquid my nails ended up with bits of glitter and my hands were EXTREMELY sticky afterwards which has also never happened until I went here. I spend $100 every time I got here, he charges $85 for my set and I tip $20 for what I’m paying I would expect cleanliness. I will NEVER go back here.

I’m giving this place three stars because the service was excellent. What I didn’t like was the fact that I was told I would get a particular person to do my nails and then I was given away to someone else to do my nails. The person that was supposed to do my nails was not even doing anything at the time so I’m not sure why I was passed off. I also did not like the prices. For a simple gel-fill in and a gel pedicure it came up to $90. That’s extremely too much. There are plenty of other great shops that can do the same for less. I will not be returning.

I went in for a pedicure about 2 weeks ago and the guy did a HORRIBLE job but I chalked it up to him just being horrible and decided to give it another chance with someone else. Today I went in and Dino sat me down so I assumed he was the one who was gonna give me the pedicure, next thing you know, the guy who did the worst job ever last time was doing it again. Not only did he paint my nails horrendously but he also cut my nails super uneven and jagged. When he was done he put my sandals on and didn’t even bother putting my arm rest up or walk me to the dryers. Instead he put my sandals on, didn’t say a word, and walked outside to smoke. The only reason I’m even giving this place 2 stars is because Dino was very sweet and repainted my horribly done nails but after all was said and done I still paid full price for a mediocre pedicure. Will NEVER be back!!

Natalie is the best! My nails are so beautiful. I usually had issues with them chipping because I type all day, but ever since I started going here, they don’t chip. Great price easy to get appointment. Gary at the front desk very welcoming & refreshments are ready when you walk in.

Never actually got to do anything here. Called to see what time they closed as we were referred by a friend and the gentlemen asked what we would like. I told him a pedicure and a fill. Told me at 3pm that he could do a pedicure but the nails were booked. You close at 5 really? I told him thank you never mind obviously didn’t want the business.

I love, love, love this place! Friendly, knowledgeable, and doesn’t reek of chemicals. They have a wide variety of services and do so much more than any salon or Spa I’ve ever been to, (Love the aroma therapies, this is done very well) I always leave feeling better and well taken care of. Love the refreshments that are served. I’ve always been treated with respect and that’s not true of other places I’ve been to. As a matter of fact I don’t live in Lakeland. I live in Port Charlotte and only visit the area, but when I do I make it a point to go and see them. Most of the salons here are bad and some are down right dangerous. Go feel rejuvenated!

i just went with me and my mom today and my mom’s experience was horrible. She specifically asked the man to not clip her nails down, and he did just that. He clipped them super short AND filed them like crazy. THEN he messed up the nail polish TWICE and someone else had to come and take over. Absolutely ridiculous. if i could give a 0 star review i would. don’t make the same mistake we did.

Staff was nice. I’m visiting from out of town and needed a fill. I understand it’s hard to match another salons colors but I’ve been to other nail salons that will mix acrylic power to get a color closer to what I already have. I suggested doing so and she basically said you can’t do that (um, okay.. lie.). She then suggested something to me and I was fine with it but I was charged $45 for a FILL! I normally go to a upper class salon where I’m from and I never pay more than $25-$30 for a fill. $45 is what I pay for a new set.. I’m very disappointed because I’ve heard such great things about this salon and I was over charged and not impressed. If I wanted to pay for a full set I would have asked for a full set.
