Over the years, I’ve tried dozens of salons. This is the best around here. I’ve become a loyal regular. It’s a good ten miles from where I live, meaning I bypass dozens of salons to get there, but it’s totally worth the extra time and effort. The premium salon pedicure is the only thing I do. I teach hot yoga and my feet turn into gnarly, petrified leather from spending hours every day walking back and forth on the hot studio floor. Herbal is the only place I’ve found where the stylists go the extra mile to remove all the hardened, calloused skin. I get the soak, massage, salt, sugar, and hot rocks. My toe nails look great and my feet are transformed, I go in with dinosaur feet and come out with feminine human feet! !

As a nail tech I know good nails… I decided to go get my nails done instead of doing them myself and I have to say , this place is really quite good . The service is good , they are very kind and talkative. The nail techs want to make sure that the nails they are providing you with are exactly what you want. I was going in to get Acrylic nails with jell instead of acrylic powder. Turned out exactly how I wanted and are well shapen. The nails themselves are not too thin and not too thick, Perfect length and shape, colour match perfectly to picture . No cuts or scratches on the side of my fingers (I know a lot of people struggle with that). Only thing I would say badly about it is that another layer of jell is needed because they are kinda bumpy on some fingers and patchy but over all a very nice experience. Will definitely recommend people to this place for a relaxing time.

I really enjoyed this place the first time I went for a manicure. I got a matte gel manicure and it lasted 3 weeks. The second time was okay, but the nail tech repaired a break in my nail with dip powder and didn’t file it down, so it was super lumpy. I went for a polish change the 3rd time and it was terrible. They were very busy and in a big rush. I understand I was a walk in, but I would’ve preferred being told to come back at a different time. The nail tech worked on my nails and another person’s nails at the same time. She was in such a rush that she forgot I had asked for matte nails and put a clear gel coat on first by mistake. I reminded her I wanted matte nails and she said we could still do it, and put the matte top coat over the gel top coat. The matte coat ended up peeling off the same day because it didn’t stick to the slippery gel coat very well. You can see that the matte coat peeled off of 3 of my nails in the picture. Extremely disappointed especially because these were supposed to be my engagement nails, and they charge $10 extra for matte. The extreme rush they were in ruined my nails and I don’t think I’ll come back. Disappointing because I like their nail techs, they are very friendly, and I like their products and colours, but I can’t risk spending $35 for a manicure to be ruined the same day.

June did a great job with my pedicure and was so fun to talk to! I initially requested no color since I don’t like the look of grow out, but she insisted I do a natural clear color at no extra cost and it looks amazing and very natural still. They also give complementary drinks – this artichoke tea is from Vietnam and is SO good!! Pedicure

Great service and phenomenal price. $23mani $30pedi and amazing value. Service is not rushed and they don’t try to shove you out the door to get new customers in. The ladies are very sweet and welcoming. Will absolutely make this my new go-to salon.
