This was Friday, September 2, 2022 and my nail technician was Terry/ Terri (third chair on the left when you walk in). I’ve gotten the same nail techs both times and went and the quality of nails were terrible. They don’t follow the design, are rough, and they nails will be lifting and look like they need a fill in by the time you leave and for a ridiculous price. Even with proper care/being gentle the acrylic nails don’t last more than one week (better off using press-ons) & whenever they wax your eyebrows it is uneven and always off where you’re stuck filling them in/reshaping them every morning.

I come here when my nail tech is booked up. This place is very relaxing, ambiance is great, and customer service is ok. The nail salon lacks in consistency. My nails were often rush and not even shaped or filed right. If you are Younger or quiet they will definitely rush you. I went back to get my nail fixed bc after two days the Polish was off on 3 fingers (I had gel Polish and it wasn’t my fault… the Polish was probably old) and they charge me a high fee when it should’ve been free. The salon is also pricey. You have to know who to go to in this salon.

Looking for fast service this is the place to go, however cleanliness and quality of service totally lacking! Nail tables weren’t clean and a towel wasn’t provided to rest your hands on. You didn’t wash your hands after the cuticle removal and filing, she just slapped some lotion on. The area where the polishes were stored were stained and dirty. Not enough nail dryers my daughter had to sit in waiting area for her nails to dry. Won’t be going back. I failed to mention the gentleman at the reception desk was very nice and courteous.

Super clean and super friendly. They have a reliable tech for everything nails, feet brows waxing. They even offer snacks and drinks. Keep in mind they’re very busy unless u get there when they open. And they’re open 7 days a week.

Not very clean. Tables are filthy. Nail art is beautiful but nails lift easily because techs are in a hurry and take shortcuts with filing. They don’t do appointments so it often requires patience while waiting too long for rushed services. Acrylic nails, Nail art, Pedicure

No doubt about the service here.. always welcoming with offering of something to drink . The price though is on the rise. Just got my pedicure done ✅ and thought it was a bit much, $47/regular pedicure/gel polish without tip. I did tip tho. Is it that I’m too cheap???
