I have been coming to this nail salon for years and I am always very pleased with the quality of work and the friendliness of the staff. The owner is also very kind and takes customer happiness seriously and values quality as well. They have a rewards system so you get points for each visit that can redeemed into a cash value on your services. They also offer complimentary drinks and have wine for purchase as well. It’s a very modern but relaxing atmosphere and I enjoy the time I’m in the salon! The only way I would stop coming here is if they closed or I moved to a new city!

I’ve been coming to herbal nail Scottsdale for many years and my overall experience has been positive. Staff is friendly the salon is clean and well maintained. They will fix problems I believe within 10 days but I could be wrong. Please call to confirm. The manager or the owner (Rinal?) is very friendly and always has nice creative nails to show me and is willing to correct unsatisfactory job as long as you’re reasonable. Joyce is good at liquid gel and design nails. I heard AJ also does design but i personally haven’t had her, so I can’t comment.

Kai Was my nail technician. Linda did my pedicure. They were both amazing. Very attentive to detail and very very personable and kind. I can’t wait to go back again. I had a mani pedi And a full St. of nails Brian did my nails and was truly extraordinary! The young man who did my pedicure was also fabulous. I am just visiting however prior to departing I will see them again, they were fabulous and the whole process took an hour and 25 minutes. I am extremely happy! thank you guys for a job beyond well done!

I went here a little before Christmas and had a terrible experience but the owner reached out to make it right and this second experience was a lot better. Aj did my nails and she took the time and care to shape each nail, she even patched up my actual nail because it had chipped and in the previous experience that nail tech did not do that. I love this nail shop. It’s all organic, natural, no chemicals or funny smells. The staff is so funny, and friendly, and offer wine. A couple cool things: Anytime you check in on Facebook you get 10% off. Write a review gets you 10% off. If your not satisfied with your nails, they offer you a 7 day period where they will fix it at no cost. Customer service, on point. Staff, awesome, overall they deserve 5 stars.
